    The keys caps came dirty the box was ripped and the keyboard only stayed one color and the keys where switched

    Item came in a box that was already ripped open and thoroughly destroyed. I understand I bought an open box product but this shipped with missing parts (no usb dongles). It was also advertised as hot swappable, which it turns out that it isn’t. I’m annoyed, but for the price it’s still a solid board. Only would repurchase if I was buying a board to use completely stock, but some people want to do that so I would recommend for them.
