I had a small mix-up with my keyboard order, but the RK Gaming support team was absolutely fantastic. They responded very quickly, were always friendly, patient, and extremely helpful, and offered several solutions to make sure I was satisfied.
Even though it was a misunderstanding, they still helped me find a great solution and even sent me replacement switches for a very small additional cost. That level of support is really rare these days!
The communication was clear and professional throughout, and I truly appreciate their kindness and effort.

Hello, I recently bought your rk r75 keyboard, and I am very satisfyed with the product. I use it for coding and writing documents, and it helped my ease my computer experience a lot. The only issue I have with the keyboard is that the backlight does not work as I expected. It works, but it does not illuminate the keys. Having a backlight was on my checklist for the keyboard, as I work until late on the computer, in a dark room, and I sometimes wish to look at they keys. They way the backlight shines, it does not do a good job of illumimating the keys, when dark, the rgb is seen instead of the key symbols. Also, I did not buy a wrist rest with the keyboard originally, but was forced to get one, as my hands really strained without one with this keyboard. When I got the wrist rest, my hands were really at ease when writing, and the keyboard really shines. Keys are easily pressable, and input is registered immediately, even if onky pressed lightly, which helps not strain fingers. All in all 4/5. You can also try to sell a wrist rest with the keyboard, as it is practically nessesary for this model. You might as well sell the wrisy rest too, instead of people getting it separately.

The s98 keyboard itself is great! One of the absolute best keyboards I've ever used. However, RK's customer service is terrible. I was going to buy 2 keyboards for the free rk84 they were giving away but it never worked trying to add it to the cart to getbthe discount so I didnt get the second one right away. Got it later. Emailed support and they weren't very helpful but just gave me $10 gift card. Then I wanted to use my points, which I redeemed, for some white translucent keys they were discounting to $3.99. But they weren't even on the website. Messaged support and they sent me a link to another site, redragon. I was like what? Then they finally after a few emails found some keys, and sent them to me free of charge, okay. Then I get them and they dont even fit on the s98! The keys are way too tight and when I tried removing one with the tool, it ripped one of my switches right out of the board. I thought it was broken but put it back in, but still. Thrse keys felt like cheap crap. This was not a pleasant nor simple experience that a normal customer should go through. Also since I cant use the keys, theyre just sitting there, useless. I really woukd have preferred that free rk84 that was advertised in the first place as well. So beware. Great keyboard, but sub par customer service. I still feel like I should have received better compensation for the lack of professionalism.
The sound, sensation and feel of this keyboard with the pale green tactile switches is unbelievable (especially for the price)!

I enjoyed using my new keyboard for a while. It fit my daily typing style perfectly, but some people might find the sound a bit noisy.
It's great. It has become new and suprisingly super quality experience for me as it is my first mechanical keyboard. One disadvantage is that there was no keycaps on it with semi-transparent symbols so I ordered some of those myself. But still the keyboard is really good. If there were semi-transparent symbols on its keycaps included, that would be 100/100. Highly recommend.

i like the keyboard but i really wanted the multi colour version, it was sold out tho. (this is typed on the rk61 blue backlit blue switches it sounds amazing)
Really nice keyboard clicks are smooth and works very well! Only sad thing is it can’t go one solid color (I threw away the paper so I could be wrong but I googled it…results says it can’t go one solid color) other then that I love and would recommend

Only issue I've had might not even their fault and could just be windows11, but my windows randomly decides im holding alt so every button combo is scuffed and stuff. But definitely best keyboard for the price.
I usually never write reviews but I felt like I had to for this. The keyboard sounds and feels ridiculously good. I don't think there's a better option for this price point. The included extra switches and keycap puller are very considerate. Cool default lighting effects, good software, good weight, good quality overall. This is my first RK board and it will definitely not be my last, my only regret is that I didn't leave a bigger tip at checkout.
