Also, the A.I model used is fast and as far as I can tell there are no additional fees to use it, so that in itself is a huge win.

Love this keyboard. You need to download the AI software (one of the reasons getting this keyboard) and you can then use FN+HOME and that activates numpad just fine. You can't use AI features (not sure why they did it this way) at the same time. You need hit FN+HOME to turn AI back on and the software features. I have talked to RK and told them why not just have AI under FN+ to use AI, and still use the numpad the whole time. They said they would "look into into it". It's gonna hurt sales, but that is the solution for now. Download the software from this site (this page) and it doesn't ask for personal info which is good.

It has a LOT, and I mean TONS of AI features that are very useful depending on what you do with it.
